My personal progress shot. Over the past few years through struggles and ever changing circumstances I had become complacent. Comfortable with normalcy and routine. One day I looked in the mirror and didn’t recognize the girl looking back at me, she didn’t have the spark in her eye that I had cherished for so long. The fire was gone. I decided to make a change! To get control of my life and my body! Now, more than ever that spark is not only back but it’s spreading like a wild fire through every aspect of my life. I promise you, if you are willing to put in the hard work, to take the pain and push through it, you WILL change your life, and you will smile again.
